High-rise reaches new heights
The Residences at La Colombe d’Or, Hines’ 34-story multi-family tower standing behind the historic hotel of the same name in Montrose, celebrated a significant milestone September 10. The Houston-based developer raised a 12-foot magnolia tree on the 33rd floor of the building to celebrate the building topping out. While much of the $140 million building remains under construction, Hines plans to deliver the building’s 265 units to residents by the second quarter of 2020. Read more.
