La Colombe d’Or On Track To Complete Construction
La Colombe d’Or Hotel & Residences will have a 10th-floor amenity deck.
Houston-based Hines’ 34-story high-rise underway in Montrose will deliver its first units by the second quarter of 2020, the developer announced April 9. The project is a joint venture with Hines, TIAA Global Asset Management and the Zimmerman family.
GROUND-LEVEL FEATURES WILL INCLUDE:
A cigar bar, courtyards with sculptures, fountains, and 14,000 square foot park
10TH-FLOOR AMENITIES WILL INCLUDE:
A resort-style pool, a private dining area, a display kitchen, private meeting rooms, a social lounge with complimentary coffee bar, a gym, and spa-like relaxation zone
